1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website, create a client account, or hire Arcadia Crew Marketing (“we”, “us”) for marketing, advertising, website or eCommerce work. Your written quote or proposal sets out the specific work, price and timeline for your project. If anything in your quote differs from these terms, the quote applies.

2. Our services

We provide paid advertising management (Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Bing), lead generation, social media marketing, eCommerce marketing, website, Shopify and WooCommerce development, landing pages, conversion optimisation and tracking setup. The exact scope of your project is what is written in your quote. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it.

3. Quotes, invoices and payment

• Every project starts with a written quote and agreed payment terms. Larger projects can be split into milestones.
• Invoices show the amount, currency and due date, and appear in your client account under Billing.
• We accept the payment methods listed on our contact page (for example Payoneer, bank transfer, card payment link, Skrill, USDT or a Fiverr order).
• You are responsible for any bank, transfer or exchange fees charged by your payment provider.
• If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid. We will always tell you before we do.

4. Advertising spend and third-party costs

Unless your quote says otherwise, our fees do not include advertising spend, software subscriptions, themes, plugins, apps, domains or hosting. Ad spend is paid directly to the ad platform from your own account, and you stay the owner of your ad accounts, pages and data.

5. Ad platforms and results

We build campaigns and pages to follow each platform’s published policies, but Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft and other platforms make their own decisions on ad approval, account reviews and suspensions. We can’t control or guarantee those decisions, and we don’t guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, rankings or return on ad spend, because these depend on many factors outside our control.

6. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information, timely feedback and the access we need (for example ad accounts, website logins or brand assets).
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, images, logos or product information you give us to use.
• Make sure your products, claims and business comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you. This is especially important for regulated categories such as supplements and research compounds: you are responsible for your product claims and for selling legally where you operate.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time so your project can stay on schedule.

7. Revisions and approvals

Your quote states the number of revision rounds included. Extra revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be charged at a rate we agree with you first. Once you approve a deliverable or it goes live at your request, further changes count as new work.

8. Ownership of work

Once your invoices for the project are paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you (such as website files, page designs, ad copy and creative), apart from third-party items like themes, plugins, fonts or stock media, which stay under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to do your work. We don’t share your account access with anyone outside our team.

10. Client accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password private and for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused, created with false details, or used to abuse the referral program.

11. Referral program

Referral credit is covered by our referral terms. Credit has no cash value and is applied to future work with us.

11b. Social Growth orders

• Social Growth orders (followers, likes, views) are delivered by a third-party provider to the public profile or post link you give us. We never ask for your password.
• Delivery usually starts within a few hours and runs gradually; large orders can take several days. Timings are estimates, not guarantees.
• Your profile or post must stay public until delivery is complete. Orders placed with a wrong or private link can’t be refunded.
• Platforms sometimes remove followers or engagement. We can’t control platform decisions, and results such as reach, sales or account standing are not guaranteed.
• If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, we refund the undelivered part to your original payment method.
• You are responsible for using these services in line with each platform’s rules and the laws that apply to your business, including advertising and consumer-protection rules.

12. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing. You pay for work completed up to the date of cancellation, and any payment for work not yet started is refunded. Because time and work already delivered can’t be returned, completed work is not refundable. Monthly services can be stopped at the end of the current month.

13. Liability

We work with care and skill, but to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or business interruption, or for decisions made by ad platforms, hosting providers or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Work already agreed in a quote continues under the terms in place when it was agreed.
