Do I need to be a client to refer someone?
You need a free account to get your personal link. Your reward goes to your wallet, so you can spend it on Social Growth orders or any of our services.
When do I get my reward?
As soon as the person you referred has spent ₦5,000 in total. You get an email and it shows in your dashboard straight away.
How do I use my reward?
It’s in your wallet. Choose “Pay from wallet” on any order or invoice.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. Refer as many people as you like. Each person you refer earns you ₦500 once, when their spending reaches ₦5,000.
What if they contact us without using my link?
Ask them to sign up with your referral code, or to mention your name when they get in touch, and we’ll link them to you.
How long does my link remember someone?
For 60 days on the device they used to click it.
Referral terms
- The reward is ₦500 (10% of ₦5,000) per referred client, added to your wallet once their paid orders reach ₦5,000. Wallet top-ups don’t count towards the total.
- Only completed payments count. Each referred client can earn a reward once.
- Rewards can be spent on any order or invoice with Arcadia Crew Marketing. They have no cash value and can’t be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged.
- Self-referrals, referrals of existing clients and duplicate accounts don’t qualify.
- Refunded orders don’t count towards the total.
- We may update or end the program at any time; rewards already in your wallet stay yours to spend.
